A street in downtown Philadelphia is closed due to ongoing construction is underway at the historic Ellis Theater.
Range Avenue will be closed during as work begins on Phase II of Marty Stuart’s Congress of Country Music – the Exhibit Hall.
During this period, traffic heading to the east side of town will be rerouted through Peachtree Ave or Main Street.
