The Leake Academy varsity basketball teams traveled to Pelahatchie this afternoon to play East Rankin Academy. The Lady Rebels dropped their first game of the season to the Lady Patriots by 4 points, 43-39. With the loss both the Lady Rebels and Lady Patriots are 6-1 in 5A District 2. Each teams only loss have come from each other. The Lady Rebels are now 25-1 overall. The Rebels picked up another win in the game with the Patriots winning the game by an impressive 35 points, 68-33.
