LOUISVILLE, Miss.–The Louisville woman accused of driving drunk and the wrong way on I-55, causing a head-on crash that killed a Canton woman, could get 20 years in prison.

WLBT reports Jordan Sullivan has filed a petition stating she intends to plead guilty to a charge of aggravated DUI.

The maximum sentence is 25 on that charge. Upon her guilty plea, the agreement reached states she would be sentenced to 25 years, with 20 to serve. The judge does not have to accept the plea agreement.

Sullivan is admitting she was drunk when she drove the wrong way on I-55 near Gluckstadt in June, hitting the car being driven by popular Canton teacher Tyra Small-Jackson, who died in the wreck.

Sullivan could also face a fine of $10,000 and her guilty plea also means agreeing to five years of supervised post-release supervision.
