Life without parole: convicted murder denied new hearing in Neshoba County murders

A man serving life in prison without parole for the murders of three people in Neshoba County has been denied a new hearing.

Kenneth Clemons was 14 when he and his brother were arrested for shooting the victims in a robbery attempt in 1996.

In April, the Mississippi Court of Appeals refused to give Clemons a chance to receive parole and the same court, in a ruling handed down yesterday, denied the request for a  new hearing.

The victims, including a paraplegic, were members of the Mississippi Band of Choctaw Indians.
